The original contractor failed
to meet the developer's expectations, so Coleman Industries was
called in to rescue and complete the project. This commercial
construction project was completed in time as per the predetermined
schedule.
After completion of the project,
South Parkway Plaza Inc. retained Coleman Industries to construct
the tower on the main building.
The buildings are constructed
of concrete tilt-up walls, steel trusses,and steel stud demising
and partition walls.
Coleman
Industries was one of our lead
contractors for the construction of
South Parkway Plaza in 1998-1999.
