I retained Coleman
Industries in the Spring of 1999
to repair a portion of the existing stucco cladding
on my residence. The stucco replacement area
included one entire side of the residence plus part of
the front side. Stucco was also removed along the
deck wall/hand rail and replaced with wood siding
and new cap flashing.
Coleman Industries
quickly set up a budget for
the work and planned the project to suit my time
schedule, even working to accommodate the needs of
the next-door day care centre. Brian Coleman arranged
for the supplier's field representative to meet with me
and further explain the details of the system set up
to shed water off perimeter walls. He interacted with
me to point out important details at various stages
of the project. He completed the project within the
scheduled time and quickly cleaned the construction
debris. I was pleased with the outcome of the work
and would recommend Coleman Industries to
other residential owners.
